Jetta shines bright

SACRED Heart Parish School cricketer Jetta Hall has shone bright at the NSW PSSA State Cricket Championships.

Jetta, a rising star in cricket from Sacred Heart Parish School, has demonstrated remarkable talent and dedication at the NSW PSSA State Cricket Championships held in Maitland in late February.

His journey to this prestigious event began with tours across New South Wales, where he showcased his cricketing skills in various competitions.

Jetta’s initial stop was in Parkes, where he joined the Wilcannia Forbes team.

He continued to impress in Lismore, further establishing his exceptional abilities, ultimately earning a spot on the Polding Cricket Team.

Throughout the summer, Jetta diligently prepared for the state championships, and his efforts truly paid off.

At the carnival, he played a crucial role in Polding’s bowling attack, achieving outstanding figures of 2 for 25 in 15 overs.

His performance with the bat was equally vital to his team’s success, helping Polding secure an impressive fifth place out of 14 teams.

Remarkably, Jetta managed to remain not out throughout the entire carnival, showcasing his focus and technical skill at the wicket.

Jetta’s outstanding performances at the NSW PSSA State Cricket Championships reflect not only his cricketing talent but also his passion and commitment to the sport.

Sacred Heart Parish Primary takes great pride in his achievements, and Jetta’s future in cricket looks incredibly promising.
