SWIMMERS Hamilton Anflous and Rosalie Woodman from Sacred Heart Parish School are set to embark on an exciting adventure in Sydney.

They will be taking part in the prestigious Polding Swimming Trials at the iconic Sydney Olympic Park on April 2.
