AN alleged rapist with two identities has had his committal adjourned for a second time after a request from the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The alleged offender Ryan Edgecumbe, also known by his alias Fred Edgecombe, is charged with eleven offences across both names.
These include five counts of sexual intercourse without consent, three counts of breaching an apprehended violence order, two counts of stalking and/ or intimidating, and intentionally choking a person without consent.
On Tuesday, February 11, Mr Edgecumbe, his lawyer Linda Lonsdale, and the ODPP appeared in the Broken Hill Local Court via video link.
The ODPP requested an adjournment for the matters citing changes to the matter before the court.
Magistrate Jaqueline Trad approved the request, adjourning the committal until Tuesday, March 25, where Mr Edgecumbe and his lawyer will appear via video.
Mr Edgecumbe remains in custody until his committal.
