BROKEN Hill local Marg Symes commenced her huge walk across the outback on the weekend, leaving from White Cliffs on Sunday morning.

The walk, which is around 380 kilometres and traverses White Cliffs to Packsaddle and down to Broken Hill, is a fundraiser for the local Royal Flying Doctor Service’s Wellbeing Place facility in Blende Street.
