AN accomplished junior sportsman and a member of the Barrier’s 1982 Harry Meyer Cup-winning cricket team, at the SACA Country Cup as a tear-away quick, John Casey has come through the ranks of Australia's sporting media to become one of the landscape's most elite performers for more than four decades.
