AN inmate remains at large following a two-man prison break from the Broken Hill Correctional Centre on Sunday night.

The two men, one aged 23 and one 28, escaped from the facility on Gossan Street around 9.40pm.

The men split after the escape, with the younger of the two arrested by Barrier Police District officers alongside a woman in his company on Monday, March 10, around 11.30am.
