COUNCIL determined 141 development applications during 2023/24.

The value of works for approved development applications totalled more than $32.44 million. This included $20.9 million value of works for commercial/industrial developments and $11.52 million value of works for residential dwellings, additions/alterations and residential ancillary developments.
