NOMINATIONS for the Far West Local Health District’s yearly Staff Recognition and Health Innovation Awards are now open, marking 15 years of the prestigious accolades.
These awards aim to recognise staff and teams that go above and beyond, and offer exceptional care.
The awards are open to individual staff members or teams in the Far West district, with families, carers and patients able to nominate.
Far West LHD’s director Allied Health and Integrated Community Services Mel Welsh said the awards are a great way to recognise employees and celebrate exceptional healthcare service in the Far West region.
“We are committed to recognising our employees for their achievements in providing high quality care to patients in our health services,” Ms Welsh said.
“The awards give our consumers the chance to acknowledge Far West health staff and teams who have made a real impact on their lives, or those of their loved ones.”
