CENTRALS are coming off a pretty good pre-season block and I anticipate they will come out the blocks hard.
My only concern with the Magpies is controlling the ball on the outside.
Do they have that outside speed to do that? If they do not, then they will need to restructure around the ball.
Maybe work a diamond structure around the ball with full knowledge we’re going direct.
At least with a diamond shape around the ball it gives them a chance to win the ball back.
North have this speed with skillful players around the ball, but can they go direct with key positional players Central have?
I would suggest playing around Centrals would be more effective.
Either way you look at it, I think this will be a good way to kick the season off.
My prediction is Dogs by 27 points.
