LAST Friday, Sacred Heart Parish School hosted its first Intra-School Sports Day, uniting students from Years 3 to 6 for an exhilarating day of AFL and lacrosse competitions.

With clear skies and ideal weather, students displayed remarkable dedication, teamwork, and school spirit as they energetically took to the fields, filled with pride.

The atmosphere buzzed with excitement, accompanied by music, enthusiastic cheers, and the joy of smiling faces.

From impressive goals in AFL to precise passes in lacrosse, the event celebrated not only sports but also friendship and enjoyment.

It promoted healthy competition and reinforced connections among different year levels, exemplifying the essence of the Sacred Heart community.

It’s safe to say that the inaugural Intra-School Sports Day was a tremendous success, and students are eagerly anticipating the next one, scheduled for today (Friday, July 4).
