THE New South Wales Government have urged landholders and communities in northern and western parts of the state to prepare for potential flooding and isolation throughout April and May as flows travel down the river systems from Queensland.

The Paroo river at Wanaaring has seen major flooding occur, with moderate flooding on the Warrego River at Barringhun.
