Mundi Mundi Bash

Mundiville, gates open 7am

MUNDI Mundi has the biggest music festival in the Outback.

It has attracted thousands to the desert in recent years and has attracted some of the biggest acts in the world. This year, Birds of Tokyo and Missy Higgins will be centre stage on Friday.

Tabletop Game Night

PCYC, 6.30pm

THE Broken Hill Game Club has a variety of trading card games, tabletop, and miniature war games. It is great fun for those that like games of strategy, resource management, and sometimes a bit of luck.

The Palace Hotel, 8pm

ALONGSIDE the Mundi Mundi Bash, Steve Andersen will be playing his iconic rock set at The Palace.

Two-Up at The Palace Hotel

The Palace Hotel, 9pm

ORIGINATING at the turn of the 19th century, Two-Up is illegal in most places across the country. It is classed as an unlicensed form of gambling. However, you can play the game socially at The Palace each Friday.

Art Exchange Makers Market

Art Exchange Courtyard, 9am

LOCAL artists sell goods that they have made. It is a showcase of the best handmade crafts and artworks. There is also local produce and specialty products that visitors can buy. On top of this, it is in a heritage venue right in the centre of town.

WITH two rounds left in the minor season, the race for finals is heating up. Sunday’s 2pm kickoff sees West take on Celtic, before the 4pm game has Alma doing battle with St Joes.

IN case there wasn’t enough music at Mundi Mundi.Dubbo local, Duncan Ferguson will close out the weekend by performing at the Broken Hill Pub.As voted by Triple M listeners, Duncan Ferguson is Dubbo’s best musician.TUESDAY
