Twilight Christmas Markets bring local art to the park

THE Twilight Christmas Markets are back at the Centre for Community in Sturt Park Saturday, with local makers gathering to sell their wares just in time for festive gifting.

The market will open at 5pm and run til about 8.30pm at 200 Beryl Street, and is set to be the biggest community market of the year.

More than 50 stallholders will take part selling food and drinks, plants, handmade crafts, jewellery, perfumes, minerals crystals and more.

Market organiser Trevor Dart said he expects a rush around 6.30pm once the Sturt Park After Party commences at the conclusion of the annual Christmas Pageant.
